Great views and comfortable rooms, but. Best aspects are the lovely views and comfortable rooms. the hotel offers a beautiful location that is perfect for those who love to be surrounded by nature. the staff is friendly and welcoming.
Poor service and overpriced food Worst aspects are the poor service and overpriced food. the hotel staff needs to improve their customer service skills and attention to detail.

This hotel had everything we needed, we greatly enjoyed service and facilities. Nice garden outside. Sunny balcony was a bonus.

In a great spot by the botanical gardens 🌺. the views were absolutely stunning. the pool was a total joy. I didn't have any issues with my stay here at all.

The hotel had a great location with amazing views. Rooms were spacious and clean. The food offered had a good variety and tasted great. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The hotel lacked hot water at times which was inconvenient. Some of the facilities were outdated and could use improvement.
